Okay, here we go again. And, sadly, I once again have to request commenters remain civil and respectful. I also wonder how much better this blog might be if frequent/avid commenters held back a little and let others chime in without having to first sift through 50+ comments.

Today’s show discussed how we treat each other, the so-called “War on Terror” and the Iraq War.

This would also be a great place to bring up new topics you might want to hear discussed on an upcoming show.

Pete talked about SO MUCH on the show today, I had trouble picking out anything to blog about in particular. So let’s hear from you, the listeners/readers, on the topics covered today, including the war (of course), the mortgage crisis, gas prices, the stimulus package, and the prospect of Blogcasters Joe and Alex arm-wrestling on the air.

Pete and his listeners are spouting off today. My little brother gets this way every so often when he sees how much back-asswards stuff is going on. Who hasn’t felt that way? If you pay attention to what’s going on, you probably feel that way a lot. What’s wrong with this country? Is Pete’s cynicism unhealthy or right on? Do you share it? What, if anything, gives you hope?
