Okay, so it’s not quite Thursday yet, but I’m exhausted and need to get some sleep if I want to keep up with Pete on the air tomorrow. Another busy show is planned. We’re having a blast here in Philly. I got to see Pete’s warm-up at Colbert and then watch the taping. If you missed Wednesday’s episode of The Colbert Report, you definitely want to catch the last segment on a replay. Pete and I both promise you it will be worth it. Tears were streaming out of my eyes I was laughing so hard.

So today we covered cheesesteaks, gay rights, Latino issues, and other random stuff. Sean (the producer who’s on scene with us keeping shit running) has taken a bunch of pictures. I’ll try to get some up today before or during the show.

Joe Salzone’s blogcast rumor mill is blazing. Hot on the heels of revelations that Salzone is the soon-to-be-infamous “Client 1″ at Tony Danza’s “Who’s the Boss? I’m the Boss!” prostitution ring, the Pete’s Big Mouth blogcaster says Pete’s wife is leaving him. As Pete’s official fact-checker, I just made an inquiry, but Val wasn’t commenting. So should she leave Pete for Joe? Should Pete’s call screener and sometimes blogcaster Alexandra leave Pete for his older brother?
