What can I say to you 2007 ? For me and my family you were really great. You took my uncle from us but you gave me a daughter. You brought me career success that made this the best year so far. During your time we bought a new house and made the transition from Manhattan living to suburban living and it has been amazing ! I will look back on you with a smile and hope that you will tell 2008 what I like

My daughter will be 2 on Sunday. She is my favorite person in the world. She is my inspiration, she is my motivation. She is why I never take “No” for an answer. She changed my world. She made me a man. She makes me laugh more than any comedy I have ever seen. She teaches me patience and so many other life lessons I have not learned well enough yet.
Yesterday we were washing her hands in the bathroom sink before dinner. She was standing on my bent knees and our heads were inches apart. She looked up at me and gave me a glance and a smile that I hope I never forget. We both just looked at eachother for what seemed like forever. Time stood still as we smiled at eachother. I dont know what made her look up at me at that moment , I think that is why it was so special. I do know how it made me feel.
I dont know why I am sharing this moment with the public. I guess I just want people to know how happy I am or how happy life can be. I feel very lucky to have a daughter who I love so much. We were not planning to have her and she turned my whole world upside down. She is my reason and I know I am her hero.
I try not to think about what kind of woman she will be or what life has in store for her.
I just try to enjoy every moment I get to be in her presence. And then I try to enjoy the next moment even more.
Pat Robertson spoke to God again. He apparently makes these chats annual traditions. I hadn’t realized it until this year. As I don’t follow much news about him. Unfortunately CNN.com wasted 5 minutes of my day by posting an article about the predictions God told him to make.
Pat Robertson said Tuesday God has told him that a terrorist attack on the United States would result in “mass killing” late in 2007. Two years ago Robertson predicted that Bush would have victory after victory in his second term. He said Social Security reform proposals would be approved and Bush would nominate conservative judges to federal courts.
Other predictions he had made that came true were that Luke Skywalker would succeed in destroying the Death Star on May 25, 1977. Robertson also predicted that The Smurfs would run for a total of 9 seasons and that e coli would be found in spinach this year.
Roberts was quoted as saying “I have a relatively good track record,” and “Sometimes I miss.” Immedaitely after saying that a guy who looks just like me punched him directly in his crazy head full of lies and trickery.
Dane Cook Interview
Well I finally met the guy. He was the 161st comedian / actor I have interviewed for Sirius. The suits certainly made a huge deal out of it. I can understand why. He is the most famous comedian in the world right now and has been on top for a couple of years.
To me it was not just another interview because it was an hour long rather than 15 minutes or so that I am used to. Also they wanted to do some different things so I had to prepare a lot more. Which I did.
And I wont lie and say I wasnt excited to meet a guy I have heard about every day for 2 years been compared to (all comedians are) and heard so many mixed reviws about.
I have recieved lots of e mails asking me about Dane. I would say how come I dont recieve that many asking about Greg Giraldo or Artie Lange. Guys I am actually friends with.
I can say this. I liked Dane Cook. He came off as sincere and extremely hard working. Two qualities I admire. I am sorry I cant slam him and rant about him but I would be lying if I did.
Dane was cool and had a lot of fun. So did I. The suits were all really happy and they replayed the thing a hundred times. In the end I was proud of doing it right and the fact that I had so much exposure to someone so on fire. I guess that means that I must be doing well too.
It means that I work for a legit company that reaches a lot of people.
